Query Bet Logs (Paginated)
Query Bet Logs & Reports within a specified time range, querying different data with different offsets, returning a maximum of 5000 records per request.

Important Notes
- Call frequency: Each agentId is limited to 15 calls per second
- Time Range: The maximum time Range that can be set for a single query is 1 minute
- Time limit: startDate and endDate settings cannot exceed current time, and endDate must be earlier than 1 minute before current time
- Historical range: Queryable historical records are within 40 days
- Number of records returned: A maximum of 5000 records are returned per request. If the total number of records exceeds 5000, batch queries with different offsets should be performed in a loop.
